Half-way through the day Saturday, we decided to take a day-trip to Snowbird ski resort. It was great fun and so refreshing to be in such a beautiful area!!
We went on a fun hike along the river, and the kids took their shoes off to play in the water.
Can't get enough of the mountains with rivers!!
We rode the tram to the top of the mountain, and had a picnic up next to the SNOW!! Here are Logan and Ellie looking out the tram window. We also rode the ski-lift to the top of the Alpine Slide, and rode the slide down. The kids LOVED it, of course.
And.....the classic question came from Logan as we ate our picnic at the top of the world----"Mom, are you going to blog this??"

I feel like such a slacker this summer-- no way to keep up with the Joneses!
I haven't been to Snowbird for years-- looks like fun!
