Lagoon through the years....so far.

The first time we took the kids to Lagoon they were one year old. It was their first time ever on a carousel. We rode the train and played in the water fountains. Same thing the next year when they were two. (No pics from that year.) We skipped years three and four because we knew we'd have plenty of meltdowns as they were still too small for many of the rides. Last year, when they were five, we went with Aunt Rachel and Naomi. And this year we really did the whole theme park. Now it's a tradition--annual day at Lagoon for years to come. Or...if Naomi has her way, we'll get annual passports next year.
Ellie age one...a little hesitant about this merry-go-round ride.

Ellie age five. Lovin' the merry-go-round after years of practice.

Ellie age six, riding the merry-go-round as a time filler...not a "real" ride.

Logan age one. Petting the nice horsey.

Logan age five. Giddy-up boy!!

Logan age six. No time for the merry-go-round. There are bigger and better rides to ride!!

They've certainly come a long way! My poor deprived children have never been!
