Friday after school the kids participated in an AWESOME idea!!! We were invited to be a part of a Halloween party for kids that travels from house to house. This way, each mom only has to plan for 20 minutes of the party. Then the kids are on their way to the next house!! Brilliant!!! Of course, you have to live in close proximity, so the kids can walk.
At the last house, the kids received awards for their costumes. Ellie was "The Sparkliest Witch" and Logan was the "Best Superhero". The kids brought their pumpkin buckets from house to house to carry anything they may accumulate at each house.
At our house we played "GHOST", a Halloween bingo game. At the first house they made a treat, ("mummy" pizzas) the second house they made Halloween crafts, (a bat on a clothespin, and a skeleton) and at another house they heard Halloween stories and sang songs.
Ellie and Paige were the two cute witches!!!
The party was so fun, and a piece of cake for me!! I think I'll plan another one for this week!!! THANK YOU guys for inviting us!!!

I really do think that is such a good idea. I wish it would work around here. I have the kids party this Friday. I hope it is as successful. I may need to do the bingo game too! I thought I could do don't eat Casper or something like that.
