Fun with cousins at Grandmas house.

Logan and Ellie have one of those really fun grandmas--the ones some kids just read about in books. We spent two days at Grandmas this week with four of the Jones cousins. Here the kids are climbing all over the couch looking at ladybugs. It's a classic photo spot at the Jones plantation--looking out the big picture window.

We stopped by Bonka Don's to see the week-old baby goats. Grandma also brought the kids to see baby chicks. She made them their favorite eats--farm shaped waffles, and pizza. She helped them make cupcakes, and dye Easter eggs. She made them rice-krispy-treat nests, and prepared fun food for a tea party.

I think the kids were on this trampoline at least 75% of the time. Yes--there are SIX kids on there!! No net. No pads. And nobody fell off!! Of course we did have a few bonks, and one bloody nose--but over-all they had a grand time!! I just have to hold me breath and let go of all my modern-day mommy worries. No nets or pads on the tramp when I was a kid--so I guess they don't need it now!!

Thanks for the great time Grandma and kids!! Morgan, Reagan, Carter, and sweet Jaida--we had such a great time with you!!

I wish you would stop by our place when you are so close. It would have been nice to let our kids play.

Too much fun at grandmas!
