First Grade Field Trip !!!

Friday was the kids first grade field trip. All five classes rode the bus into Salt Lake to go to The Children's Museum at The Gateway. Moms had to drive separate--not enough room on the bus. I can't say I felt too bad about that.

Logan was in a group with his friend David, who he just loves spending time with. I appreciate that he likes to be with David. David is such a good boy. He is kind to everyone and such a good example to Logan of how to behave. They had a great time together running around the museum. The girls in their group were Audrey and Brooklyn.

After the museum, we went to a park for lunch. The kids had so much fun having a picnic with all their classmates, and playing on the big playground. Since I was helping with Ellie's class, I got to sit with her and Mrs. Burge. LOVE that teacher!! I am so sad that this school year is coming to an end.

I was assigned to chaperon Ellie's group. She was with Brooklyn and Marco. They were all such good kids and it was super fun to go with them. Marco is a funny, polite boy, who loves our Ellie!!! Ellie had fun bouncing around from each of the activities with different friends. I just love the kids in our school and neighborhood whom Logan and Ellie associate with. We are lucky to live where we do.
