Water Play Party At Our Place!!

Last week we had a backyard water play day with some of the kids friends.

We had the classic Slip 'n' Slide, a sprinkler, and almost two kiddie pools. The blow-up pool only held half it's air. Although the kids didn't seem to mind.

We had a few games, and of course, TREATS!!

The kids sure do have some fun little friends in the neighborhood!! Here are the bathing beauties of the party--Megan, Paige, and Ellie.

(Sidenote: If you happened to notice our dead grass patches in the last two posts--let me explain. We have had a problem with some big, ugly grass growing in different patches in our yard. We found out it was not crabgrass, but something called farm grass. It grows in thick, huge clumps and is so UGLY!! We learned there is no way to get rid of it, short of killing it off. So.....we have been killing it and have to put up with an ugly lawn until it's outa there and we put in new grass. Sigh.)
