Jones Plantation on the weekend.

We spent Friday night at "The Plantation", as Darin's childhood home is now, so lovingly, called. It's always a great time there. I so love the fall in Cache Valley. Here are a few of Grandpa Sam's crops this year. The kids each chose a pumpkin to take home, and I brought a bunch of the little mini pumpkins, some huge apples, and some indian corn. Seems like every fall Sam and Marilyn set us up with fun, festive crops to enjoy over the next month or two. Love it!!
The picture above is what Sam is calling a "banana tree". Check it out!! Huge banana squash somehow got their vines to grow right up and around one of the apple trees!!!
Allie and Eric stayed over night too. At first Logan was disappointed that only "the babies" were coming. But he ended up having so much fun with Allie, and was really helpful with both the little kids. I love it when he plays with younger kids. He is calm and fun and slows down a bit.
It was Eric's 2nd birthday. Such a cute little guy!!!
