Last night as I drove home from a night out with friends, it was a BLIZZARD!! Winter is here. We change our clocks back tonight. Daylight hours will be shorter, and the landscape will be a winter wonderland. Not sure I'm ready. But I suppose we might as well embrace it, since it's likely here to stay. I am just so glad it waited until November, and we were able to have a perfect autumn Halloween last week. The leaves have been doing fabulous this year. Beautiful colors, and falling at a fun rate. Today the trees are all dropping because the snow is so heavy on the leaves. It really is beautiful. As Ellie and I drove to her dance practice, we both were just giddy as Christmas music was on FM 100, and it was a winter wonderland outside.
