A wedding On Bainbridge: Part Three.

After the lovers were off to la-la land, the rest of us made the most of the rest of our time together. We took a quick walk to the Grand Forest, and a walk down to the water by Shari's house. So beautiful. Rain, snow, sunny sunset, whatever...it is always beautiful there!
At 8:45, we realized that Mora ice-cream closed at 9:00, and we'd planned to go that night. We were all in vehicles within about sixty seconds. And five minutes before closing, we all plowed down the door at Mora. Those poor girls working there were NOT amused! But we did tip them well.
Malachi had us laughing all night. It was just fun to chill out with a group of family. The next day it was gourmet breakfast from Chef Shari, and then on to the ferry to head to Pike's Market.
We showed the Uhl kids and Jalean the Gum Wall, ate chowder and other yummy stuff, and bought the traditional chocolate covered cherries and fresh crab to take home on the plane. Before I knew it I was on a flight home. The past few days almost seemed unreal. Did they happen? I called Shari to confirm today. Yes, a wedding did happen on the waters edge, on Bainbridge. Amy married Bryan. AMY MARRIED BRYAN!!! God is great!!!
