For the first official day of summer break, Naomi and I decided to head to Red Butte Gardens. Our annual passes have not been used like they should have been, and they expire this week!! Naomi had a friend come, Kara, and we invited Amy and the adorable Natalie and Kate!
The day was perfect! Beautiful!! The gardens were in bloom and there was so much to admire and non-stop adventure for the kids to explore.
The childrens garden and the bench swings were the biggest hits.
The girls all had their shoes off in no time...walking all over the place barefoot. Bailee cracks me up. She is her own little person in her own happy little world.
Logan even felt the calm of the gardens and did a little impromtu meditation in the middle of a path.
Darin met us there for a picnic lunch. Love that place...must go back more often!! Go there!!
