What we've been up to....

Summer days are slipping by faster than I'd like them to!! We're busy...always busy. But it's fun busy. And I think once school does roll around, we'll be ready. The kids spend half the day not getting their jobs done. They are loving the trampoline and spend LOTS of time on it. They got a new Harry Potter game at a yard sale and have played that a bunch of times.
This week the kids started tennis lessons. They both really enjoy it. They are at 8:30 a.m., which is good because we need to get used to waking up!! Lots of sleeping in this summer. (Another sign that my kids are growing way up. They used to wake at the crack of dawn no matter what time they went to bed.)

We took the annual field trip to the Gateway Children's Museum with cousins and friends. (No pics to prove it.) They had a fun time with their cousins and are old enough that I kind of let them wander where they want to throughout the museum. Spent a little time at the Gateway fountains. Tradition.

I made rag dolls with my Activity Day girls, to celebrate pioneer day. We had nine girls, but missed those who were not able to make it.

Happy summer happenings!
