This way to Midway.

Awhile back, we took a drive to check out some areas we thought we may want to live in one day. No, we are not moving. But I am always on the lookout for a place that is a little more rural, with a little more space between us and our neighbors. Midway has always been at the top of our options list.

We stopped at The Homestead Resort to look around, and show the kids the swimming crater.

Then we stopped at The Johnson Mill bed and breakfast to show Darin where I wish he would please take me! (We once had reservations and I ended up going with my sister because Darin was sick.) The deer and the lake and the hammock are all a part of the grounds at the Mill.

We had dinner at Kneaders in Heber, and then drove through Kamas and Oakley and a few other small towns. All so beautiful and with enough space to let a soul breathe!

Then as we headed home, we came into the Salt Lake Valley and saw this out over the lake. We drove off into that sunset and it led us directly home to Stansbury Park. Home sweet home!
