OK Mother Nature. It IS technically only the first week of autumn. Be nice! Summer was long. And HOT. Like record hot in these parts! And the mostly accurate Farmers Almanac is predicting a very snowy, extremely icy cold winter. So let's just slow down and enjoy FALL for a bit first! Today our mountains look like this! Very refreshing and beautiful...but just a tad bit too soon for the white stuff. The kids and I snapped some pics with our giant umbrella as we were leaving for school this morning. (NO...we didn't walk to school. We were already late! We are always rushing and never walk! The umbrella is to get us from the car to the school. That's all!)
