Great Saturday with the Grgich fam! Kate was my little sidekick in the kitchen. We all made some Halloween sugar cookies. Then we took a walk to another kinder-teacher's home, Amy Matson Burge, to deliver cookies, because she has been super sick. Well the walk there was hilarious! No stroller. No wagon (it lives at school now.) But....I did have the totally awesome grocery cart in the back of the van! When Darin saw it he told me to take it BACK to school!! He threatens to take it to the DI all the time! NO way!!! We bought that sweet thing at the DI like six or seven years ago and it is NEVER going back! So we put baby Ty in the cart and off we go. I carry the cookies in one hand, and try to hold on to Kate with the other....and we have to keep moving because the bees think she is a flower! Natalie insists on pushing the cart. Only you have to be careful because if you hit a small bump it will topple over...and out will go Ty. So Amy is trying to hold on to the cart and help steer it, which Nat does not want her doing. It is a kid cart, so Amy has to bend a bit to hold on. Meanwhile she and Ellie are both experimenting with umbrellas to keep the sun off of Ty. Ellie is bare foot and the cart runs over her toe. It was just FUNNY! We have used that cart for everything....but never such a sweet sleeping baby!! Adorable!! Thanks for coming to play guys!!
