We had a hamster. Now we don't.

We had a pet hamster for just over a month. The kids named him Pistachio because he cracked them up!! It was smelly little thing, so I made the kids clean the cage often. After the first time cleaning the cage, Ellie told Logan he could have her half of the hamster....she didn't want it anymore if it meant cleaning the cage!

Logan finally decided he was also tired of cleaning the cage, and would rather not keep the pet. Oh happy day!! Oh happy mom!!

The little rodent now belongs to a neighbor friend and the kids can visit him when they'd like. Beautiful!
