Girls in Curls

Well, yesterday I thought I'd try again to actually be IN some holiday pictures with my kids. Ellie and I decided to try hot rollers in our hair!! It was fun to do it with her. But I'm afraid the bodacious body it provided for my hair was more "80's" than I dared try to pull off. So it was a regular day for my hair--ponytail--just a little more "done" than my everyday tail. So, no fancy hair or holiday attire for these photos. Of course Ellie needs none of those things to capture the camera.

FYI--Interesting side note....I keep clothes WAY too long!! This white shirt is the shirt I wore almost six years ago the day we met Keri, the kids birth mom. And it wasn't new then!!!

So, the hair and holiday clothing didn't happen---and neither did the boy-child of mine!! He was just being a nutcase--still over tired and wired from his seizure, I think. The pictures that look like they they almost worked, happened right after I forced him to loosen his death grip around my neck!! But you will notice that he is posing perfectly three seconds later because he wants a picture with THAT %&$#@ stuffed animal, "Little Angel"!!!!!! It's an entire blog post--but my kids WILL be getting new "Little Angels" from Santa. I am a sucker, in sane mother who will do nearly anything to see her little royalty pleased!!! Gotta love EBay!!!
