Shari's family has THE GREATEST Thanksgiving weekend tradition!! They make their own Christmas wreaths. It is really cool!! They have boards with nails in a circle, that they use for the template. ALL the greenery and tree branches that they use come right from their own YARD!!! A couple of kinds of pine, some berry branches, pine cones and the holly--all from the front yard!!! I know--that holly looks fake--but it is REAL!!!
So we wired and tied and made some awesome wreaths that smell so great!!! We finished four that night so they could ride back to Utah with us. One for us, one for Malauri's family and two for Jeff..so he didn't have to take them on the airplane with him.
So, here is my masterpiece. The only things not real and grown in Bainbridge are the cinnamon sticks and the ribbon. SO cool!!
And here it as all trimmed up and hanging on my front door!!
I just wish I could save it and hang it again next year!!
