HAPPY BIRTHDAY DARIN !!!!

Here's the party animal at his very first birthday bash!!

And here he is today, with two little party animals of his own!! We celebrated Darin's birthday last night, because we won't be home tonight. The kids were so excited!! They helped hang balloons, make Darin's favorite cake--chocolate fudge cake--, they wrapped the presents, made cards for him, and helped me give him a 30 minute foot and head massage.

In celebration of 38 years--here are 38 things Logan and Ellie said about their Daddy-O !!!

Ellie said, "1-He's so fun. 2-He likes the beach and me too!! 3-He rocks!! 4-He's glad he married mommy. 5-He snuggles by us. 6-He calls me Baby Girl. 7-He hugs me. 8-He's going to have a great birthday. 9-He loves cake like I do. 10-Daddy is a great dad. 11-He's handsome. 12-We walked on the beach together. 13-I'm glad he's our daddy. 14-He reminds me to do good things. 15-He's good at traveling." And Logan said, "16-He likes dogs. 17-He likes riding bikes. 18-Goes to fun places with us. 19-Daddy is the best. 20-Daddy is funny. 21-Daddy is the best dad in the whole wide world. 22-He's glad that he's a husband. 23-He likes watching football. 24-We wish daddy to have a very happy birthday. 25-He likes playing the computer. 26-Daddy likes soup. 27- Daddy likes golfing with me. 28-Daddy does to work. Sometimes we get to go there. 29-I like to play Uno with dad. 30-Me and daddy saw a huge star fish. 31-Daddy had a great Thanksgiving. 32-He smiles at me. 32-Daddy helps me with the trash. 33-He likes us. 34-He played in the snow with us. 34-He kisses me. 35-Daddy is a great dad. 35-I'm glad he's our dad." And mommy said, " 36-It's all true--he is the BEST dad ever!! 37-He is always trying to build self-esteem in Logan and Ellie. 38-He spends more time with his kids than most dads do!!!"
