Yesterday Ellie lost her first tooth. That little tooth has been loose for months and months. Probably since she started first grade!!! It has been forever!!! You can see the new big tooth already half way grown in behind the empty spot.
Ellie's teacher, Mrs. Burge was the one to actually remove the tooth. At recess, Ellie's friends told her it was about to fall out on it's own, so she ran in and let her teacher take it out. Mrs. Burge is such a fun first grade teacher--always willing to feel the kids wiggly teeth and be excited for them!! LOTS of teeth come out in a first grade classroom!! But Ellie felt like hers was the biggest deal of all!!! (And has felt that way for months!!) Thank you Mrs. Burge!!
This morning Ellie found a surprise from the Tooth Fairy next to her pillow. She left $1, a Disney Princess game, and a fun pencil!! (The first tooth gets the biggest surprise!!)
So exciting Ellie girl!!! We love you!!!
