We have been busy making plans for the kids important day coming up...their baptism. A huge thanks to Monica for designing these perfect announcements for us. It's been fun to have the kids input about who should be a part of the baptism service. They are so excited. I hope we have taught them well enough to understand the decision they are making. They are such good kids, and it is so rewarding to hear their prayers and watch their testimonies grow.
Yesterday in General Conference there was a great talk on parenting. I told Darin I think we are in that Parenting 505 class for sure. He disagreed...he thinks we got off easy and that we are in Parenting 101. In a lot of ways he's right. We have our challenges. But overall we have an ideal family unit, with very little to complain about. Yesterday we finished making a DVD of pictures and music, about Logan and Ellie's life from birth til now. Watching the DVD afterwards went way too fast....just like in real life. I can't believe we are at age eight and ready for their baptisms. Our cup runneth over.
