Temple Square with Keri.

Saturday afternoon, after the baptism, Easter egg hunt, and lunch, and after Darin rode motorcycles with his siblings up in the hills...we headed to Temple Square with Keri and the kids. It was so, so beautiful outside. We could not have had more perfect weather for that perfect day!! Here we are at the Conference Center fountains--a rare photo that I am actually in--and not photographing.

The flowers and blossoms on Temple Square were in full bloom. I think we will go back a time or two this Spring to soak it all in!!
We had dinner at The Garden Restaurant in the Joseph Smith Memorial Building. It was just so much fun to be spending time with Keri, and have her see the kids in true form, the good and the questionable behavior.
It was 9:00 by the time we got home. The kids were so worn out from the day, Logan was asleep in about 90 seconds, and Ellie was close behind. Darin and I showed Keri the video we made of Logan and Ellie's life, and had the rare chance to talk with her alone. It was so great to retell our own versions of our adoption story and hear new details we didn't know.

The end of a perfect day!!
