Post-Baptism Partying!!

On your mark!! Get set!! GO!! After the kids baptism, our families headed over to the Historical Bensen Grist Mill for some fun. We kicked it off with an Easter Egg hunt for the kids. We had THIRTY-ONE cousins participate in the hunt!! It was really fun for the kids and such a cool place to have an egg hunt. A huge THANK YOU to Jill, Naomi, and Michele for helping me bring eggs. And a great big shout out for the Young family who hid most of the eggs for us during the baptism. The kids were each able to find a bunch of eggs--their bags were stuffed!! So cute.
I gave Keri wrong directions, so she missed the egg hunt. So sorry, Keri. Doesn't she look beautiful sitting with Ellie-girl?! It was fun for me to see so many family members get to finally meet Keri.
During the egg hunt my sisters and Marilyn were busy setting up the meal. We had a lunch feast of pulled pork sandwiches, salads, fruit and veggies, and desserts. I got to finally meet our new little nephew, Isaac, and my great-niece, Stella. And it is always so fun for me to see my kids playing with cousins from both sides of the family.
We sure appreciate all the love and support from everyone for this special occasion. I dont know if Logan and Ellie realize how blessed they are to have such supportive and loving relatives--grandparents, aunts and uncles, cousins, and birthmom. Thank you all.
Happy Baptism Day!!
