The beach at Bella Beach Cottages where we stayed, was quickly referred to as "Our beach". Wherever we were each day, Ellie was always asking when we could go down to "our beach". That girl was free as a bird on the beach. Both the kids ran and ran and ran and ran, every time they were by the waters edge. Their pure joy made my heart so happy....to know the kids feel as free and at home on the coast, as I do. I'm telling you...we need to live there!!

When we were already in Oregon, I thought it would be fun to take some pictures of the kids on the beach, similar to the ones we took of them at the beach five years ago. Luckily we found a white sundress for Ellie at the outlet mall, and white T-shirt for Buster was no problem. I'll do a post with pics to compare, in a few days.

You are always pretty much alone at the beach. Which is awesome!! But one couple did pass by on a walk and we had them snap a family picture. Might be the only one with all four of us the entire trip.
