Saturday evening we headed up South Willow Canyon for a little picnic and hike with the kids and a couple of their pals. We have been up Willow canyon before, but somehow never knew we were missing South Willow. Definitely the best canyon in all of Tooele County. We are SO glad we found it!! It was beautiful, river running, fall colors everywhere!!
We had to convince the kids to go up the canyon instead of go to the Grist Mill Pumpkin Walk. Letting them invite a friend did the trick. We had a picnic, and then went for a hike.

We made a stop at a campground on the way down the canyon to play by the river and there were two rope swings.
Have I mentioned that I LOVE fall!!
