Saturday, Dec. 1st was Darin's birthday. He got to spend four hours at a stake training meeting with Russel M. Nelson, which he really enjoyed. Ellie had a dance rehearsal that morning, so Logan and I did the party prep. A few quick gifts, store-bought ice-cream cake and balloons, and we were set. The next part of the birthday was spent hanging the outdoor Christmas lights. And finally we all went to eat at Tucano's Brazillion Grill, at The Gateway, with our free meal birthday certificates. We end up going there every December. It's a fun tradition, since Darin served his mission in Brazil, and remembers eating at authentic Churrascaria, with meat, rice and beans. Yummy stuff.
