Dec. 9th we finally finished getting our tree decorated and holiday decor' set up around the house. I thought with Thanksgiving earlier this year, we'd have stuff up early. Nope. Busy, busy, busy. But now the house is officially decorated and I do love it The windows glow from the outdoor lights, the nativities and sayings in blocks remind us of the reason for the season, and the music is pretty much 24/7. "And the stockings were hung"......low on the wall, under the window, where the couch has scuffed up the paint. Perfect cover up while the room is rearranged this month.
Thanks to Dallon and Heidi for the lovely gifts under the tree....makes it picture perfect. And a little side note...we had the Jones family Christmas party this weekend. I don't have a single picture to prove it. Dean and Michele hosted. We ate like kings and visited and enjoyed the time with the fam. Skyped with Sam and Marilyn on the mission, and steered clear of organized activities this time. Thanks Dean and Michele. It was perfect!
