I've always wondered about this show. Seemed like a touristy, maybe cheesy event. But hey, we ARE tourists! So we went. And it was really great!! Loved it! The kids loved it and really got into the competition of it all. We were in the yellow group, cheering for the yellow knight. So of course we bought the kids yellow flags...we're suckers like that, especially on vacation. (FYI, if you ever go, don't pay to upgrade...we didn't. The upgraded seating is hardly better....all the seats are good. And the upgraded flags are tiny and lame. Everyone gets a crown. So skip the upgrade and just buy a flag for less!)

I didn't realize until soup was served that this really is medieval......no utensils. We drank our soup. And we ate chicken, ribs and potatoes with our fingers. It was a ton of food and fun to eat like they did back in the days of real knights and castles.
The show was really well done and true entertainment. I was expecting kind of lame-O. But it was surprisingly GREAT!! Real jousting and real horsemanship. I'd go again for sure!
