I have been busy doing "projects" so far this summer. But for the record, I haven't completely neglected my kids. We've been to a few new parks. This one was in Fort Union area. We also went to the newer Skyline Drive park.....all you locals, go there!! Very fun! We grabbed McD's for a picnic one day, and met Darin for dinner one evening. Chuck-A-Rama....had free kids meals. The kids have helped me with multiple big trips to Home Depot, and I spend a large part of each morning "encouraging" them to get their daily jobs done ASAP.
And we've had lots of this kind of stuff going on.....playing with friends inside and out. Building huts, lemonade stands, playing ninjas and hobos and who knows what else, hours on the trampoline, and in the sprinklers, and plenty of board games and Wii.

We are definitely in the summer groove. Sleeping in almost daily. In fact, today was a bit challenging...the kids started tennis lessons today and left at 8:00 AM on their bikes to get there. 7:00 came pretty early!
