I spent hours and hours online searching for the perfect place for us to stay for this trip. And THIS IS THE PLACE!!! It is a little two bedroom cabin in a group of about 20 cabins, RIGHT on the ocean!! It doesn't get any better. Most big places would charge the big bucks for a view like this--and there would be little privacy. No room service here--we were on our own--and we loved it!! It's called, "The Ancient Mariner", and anyone ever thinking of visiting this area should stay HERE!! It is a part of The White Rock Resort, but privately owned--not run by the resort. So it costs less than the other cabins, but has one of the BEST views!!

And here is the view from the beach at low tide. During high tide these little cliffs are wet!!
Here you can see the view from the family room. These blinds never went down--always up so we could enjoy the spectacular show of waves at all times!!
And here are the fun, rustic steps leading down to the beach. An absolutely perfect, relaxing, inspiring location!!!

How perfect! That cabin reminds me of "Nights in Rodanthe." Great book, even better movie (well-aged hotty Richard Gere!!) Love a good love story. Sounds like you made your own!
